Love this place, have been several times with my family and i am going again this year
It's our first full day and I have to say I'm disappointed 😔 Don't get me wrong - the actual villa is amazing & the facilities are fantastic - BUT I paid a huge huge price for what looked like a villa really close to the plaza - but is actually a very long steep walk with steps away. We have a 1 year old & this is a mission in itself with the pram. Then today we hired bikes - what a waste of time & money!!! It is ok. Staying until Friday with 2 children and 1 infant. I would like to speak to somebody about why our smoke alarm has just gone off twice. We are assuming it is because of the moisture in the air in our lodge. It is noticeably damp in 3 bedrooms and we have had the heating on to try to dry the rooms out and it seems this might have caused the alarms to sound. Unfortunately no email address provided, so relying on social media for a fast response please!
We go to Longleat every year for a multi-generational holiday which is lovely. I am sooooo disappointed though to learn that the upgrades to the swimming pool are not going to be completed until just after our holiday is over. This was advertised as due to be ready by the start of the summer holidays. This is ridiculous and many people will have been drawn by the adverts. Poor show from Centerparcs.
I am sure that if ever go I would love it but as I have never been I must withhold my judgement until I go ���

Stayed her Fri to mon 12th to 15th May. Although on arrival to center parcs our lodge had not been cleaned but as soon as I notified check in they were on it like a scotch bonnet. Lovely waking up to animals everymorning. Glorious swimming facilities. The only issue with outside pool was on Sunday evening there was a very strong smell of a ammonia and now I have come home with a very sore chest not sure if it's related.
