Lodges are not very clean very over priced will not be staying here again centre parks you need to visit hoseasons lodges and parks to get a few lessons in cleanliness
Sat in the pancake house before going home and the service is absolutely shocking, no Diet Coke, no hazelnut syrup, tap water when bottled was requested with no notification, no Diet Coke resulted in one child having a Mocktail so then said other children got grumpy meaning other childrenhad to have Mocktails costing more money Whilst all this is going on the assistant manager is wandering around wiping tables. And let's not mention the rogue hair in the New York Stack Shocking staff ruining a beautiful place
Had an absolutely fantastic week-we come twice a year! Extra special thanks to Walks with Hawks for an AMAZING session with the owls-our 3 year old and my husband loved it and it was the highlight of their week!
Really did enjoy my stay leaving tomorrow unfortunately stayed in room 122 really good place to stay amazing staff everywhere and a nice message on chalk board only reason why I gave 3 stars is because utensils in lodge was dirty so had to wash them kettle was absolutely mortifieing and there is damage to the paint on Wall as if table has been slammed against it and the lock on front door is faulty and is damaged but other then that it was good will come back again I think can't recommend enough
Not dog friendly not even allowed on the train even though I am a pensioner and find it very difficult to get around
Just back from a great girls' weekend. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurants were brilliant at catering for my nut allergy :)
This is the second time I've visited center parcs and I am upset with the lodge . The kitchen tables has food on them , the beds look like they have been sat on and the floors have bits of grass and chap everywhere. I am sorry but this year is a disappointment , people pay all.of.this money and travel so far and it's a mess!!!
We had our best CP trip yet. A wonderful stay at Longleat made all the better by the recently improved facilities and wonderful staff and fabulous customer service. Special mention goes to Sian in Hucks diner, Rebecca the (new) massage therapist in the aqua sana and all the land train drivers. All went above and beyond and it was noticed. Can't wait to come back.
Fantastic time at longleat. Beautiful setting and so much to do. Shame about the Noro virus hitting the whole family on our return. Take care if you have little ones going in the pool. Never been quite so ill �.
