We have been coming since 2010 and had a fantastic time with our daughters, 9 and 13 years old. Then came back three years consecutively, with last two we met friends here from Warrington. Said we would come back when girls were older. They are.. 16 and 20 and we have found its gone down hill quickly. So disappointed with centre parcs at longleat!! We booked for a large group of us, once u took our money u informed us of the rapid closure... u will not let us re book for another date or another park and won't give a refund. Kids are so disappointed!! Customer service is a complete joke!! Shame on you!!!!!!!! ������
We have booked to visit the longleat park in September after a brilliant previous visit. However, we received an email this week to advise that during our stay the rapids will be closed. I am very disappointed as it was our son's favourite attraction and the main reason for returning. I understand maintenance has to be carried out but, having contacted centre parcs, I think it's disgusting that your "policy" is to not allow guests to change their bookings to a different weekend and if I cancel I lose 75% of my fee!. They are closing the water park and not refunding their guests, check it's open before you book, it could ruin your stay
So disappointed to find out today that the wild water rapids will be closed for the entire duration of our stay next month. We have booked a rare family weekend away to celebrate several family members 40th birthdays & have been looking forward to it for many months. Had we known we would definitely have booked an alternative weekend. The customer service my mum received when calling to discuss this was completely unacceptable. Not the service we expected at all.
We absolutely love center parcs and have visited many times - just can't afford to go back now with the increase in school holiday prices �
I'm feeling very dissapointed after receiving an email today from centre parcs informing me that when it's my stay on the 22nd september the Rapids are going to be closed. I go to centre parcs along with my family every year and always tell everyone how amazing it is, so after a hard year personally for me, when asked what I'd like to do for my birthday I asked friends and family if they wanted to return there with me. 16 people decided to come along which as many of you know cost us quite a bit of money which none of us min... read more

I � this place We come to longleat every January with the whole family, this was our 17th year! We have just been again in July as we've have been reunited with our son who has been traveling for 3 years , he's only staying for a short time before going back to New Zealand, there's no better place for the family to get together here and have some quality time together, we've had a completely new experience of this place!
