Been coming here every year for 20 years (my entire life) and have always experienced a great holiday and good customer service. Although, the closure of the rapids that I was NOT informed about at all before my trip was disappointing. The new slides that have been added almost made up for the closure but the fact that I didn't receive any information on the maintenance work that was needed on the rapids before I arrived is awful. We weren't affected by the rapids closure as my son is not at all confident in the water so we don't use them. (I can imagine that there closure must be really galling.) There have been multiple improvements recently. The refurb Redwood is lovely but over heated we've had to have doors and windows open and radiators off at the valve....it's still 23 degrees. Called people out twice but they keep telling us it's working. So presumably we are meant to be boiling!! Loving the extra train service as we see a lot of train action ... read more
My little family had an amazing time on our first visit to centre parcs! There was soooo much to do for my 3 year old son! All staff so very helpful and friendly. Lovely clean lodge. We found that Las Iguanas was the best restaurant to eat in. Try and avoid Hucks! Not great! Soggy all you can eat kids buffet! When staying at this centre parcs you really must visit Longleat safari park which I a stone throw away! We have a great day out there! So many amazing memories made on this holiday! Treated us extremely badly following a death in the family. Refused to move booking as we didn't give 7 days notice, despite the circumstances. Used to be a repeat visitor. Won't be returning to CP. Absolutely disgraceful for a company whose customer base is focussed on family.
Facilities are brilliant and my 3 year old loves the pool, but really recognised a significant uplift in the prices of food / drinks since our last visit 2 years ago! £10.50 for a large glass of wine, £7 for a kids meal and £14 for fish and chips- are the prices really necessary?! This is our third visit and it's now becoming unaffordable for an average family (unless you feed urself for ur stay). Such ashame!
Had a great time. Apart from the stupid grumpy woman telling me I couldn't cycle on the cycling/foot path (she must not be able to read) I slowed down and stopped behind them before she eventually let me pass. the two of them took up the entire path anyway
Just had a fantastic week at center parks Longleat. Accomodation was spotless and our cleaners Sam and Marie were lovely. Emma in Hucks on Monday night was an excellent hostess and the food and drink was great. Yes we were disappointed the rapids weren't working and this could of been advertised at the time of booking, but it didn't spoil the time we had here and it won't stop us from going back. Thanks again x
Centre Parc's is all about making money awful customer services, no consideration for their customers you are just seen as ££££ pound signs to them
