We come to CP twice a year as a rule and this time there was a lot of fuss publically about the closure of the rapids. I must be honest, we barely noticed the absence of the rapids with the new slides open! They were incredible fun! Venture bay is the perfect depth and fun for babies and toddlers, and venture harbour provided hours of fun for our 2.5 and 5 year old. We barely saw them! Once again we’ve had a perfect break with our family and friends. Those of you upset about the rapids, don’t be, you’re in for a treat

We have just come back from a lovely weekend at centre parcs however I feel slightly let down with the customer service, as while we were there we ordered a takeaway on the Saturday for six but paid per couple but was resumed it would all come at once, but found once it was delivered we had one couples order completely missing we rang to find out where and what had happened this didn't just affect our meal because we had nothing to eat but also the other 2 couples as they felt so bad they were sat eating while we had to wait... read more

Visited for the first time this weekend. It was booked as a surprise by my husband and family for my 30th I can honestly say none of us were disappointed and we loved every second of our stay. I'd like to say a special thanks to Tash from Arrivals who I'm told was absolutely fantastic in helping to arrange the surprise and your personalised touch.

This place is tired and overpriced. Do not come if you are in a group of adults. Unlike the center parcs of 10 years ago where there was always something to do , rarely can you do anything without Shelling out a fortune . Food is overpriced at restaurants. Swimming pool changing rooms are dirty and smell disgusting. Pool was very overcrowded as this is the only free activity. Activities that are on offer are ridiculously expensive and seem to be rarely taken up by guests who like ourselves find themselves spending a small fo... read more

It was not bad. Worth the £££s? Nope. £verywhere you go you just get the feeling they want your money. Money money money!! £verything is priced for a captive audience. High street restaurant chains even charging more. That says it all. Not allowing you to bring the room provided towels to the pool, so you either bring your own (no washing machine in lodge) or hire theirs. But the worst thing was allowing me to book when they knew the Wild Water rapids was closed. Contacting me after. Come on Center Parcs, from the comments h... read more

I love centre parcs, yes its expensive but I pay it because of everything else they offer. The swimming is amazing, unfortunately the rapids will be closed for our return trip next week but I understand that maintenance needs to be done and it won't spoil my trip as they have new slides and the new children's zone. The take aways delivered straight to the lodge are lovely and the delivery people are very polite. Once we had a drainage issue with the toilet and it was sorted within the hour. We always take a couple of meals t... read more

This is My 3rd visit to longleat. Although disappointed the rapids were closed (for much needed repairs) our trip was still fantastic. The tow new rides (along side the new kids area) compensated well enough for the closure of the rapids. All these 1* reviews are a little unnecessary to be honest. I think CP could have handled the closure with a little more volume and made people more aware. But our trip was still great. Also the Spa has improved significantly since the first time I went about 12 years ago. Will definately r... read more
