The lodge we stayed in was beautiful and had everything we needed. Situated in the forest, we were treated to lovely glimpses of many animals and birds. The pools, rapids, water chutes and the 2 new huge water rides were fantastic and so much fun. We had endless laughs on them almost every day of our week stay. There were 10 of us in our group including an 18 month old and there was so much variety for everyone. 8 of us wanted to do kayaking as a surprise for one of our group. We did pre book and Rich - the guy in charge - m... read more

Just come home from yesterday another amazing 5 days with my family. I just love this place! The new slides and kids area is amazing!!!!!!!!!! Esp the 4 person slide!!!!! We would come ever year if we could afford too (the only reason it isn't 5* rating is i really wish you wouldnt hike the prices so much in the school holidays....same holiday was 5x cheaper less then a week later!!!!) We still had an incredible time

Love centre Parcs have been coming for many years, however this last visit I have been shocked at how expensive it is for the activities. For example last time we came badminton was £7 for a family of 4, this time it's £11. The most shocking was archery for a family of 4 do this 50 minute activity it would cost £88! Bowling was was £27 for 45 mins! Also prices in supermarket seemed higher than previous visits. We still love centre parcs, it's a beautiful place. Centre Parcs- please price activities for everyone not just the ... read more

Swimming pool rapids closed at longleat for 6 weeks. I notice you didn't inform guests until August when they were already in their no cancellation period. No refunds, no compensation in fact no customer service. Andy De'Ath hiding behind his magazine cover!!! Totally shocked by the lack of customer care and loyalty to returning guests. I'm sure Andy and his execs enjoyed their 5 star Maldives breaks while considering how to rip off customers further.

Plea for help please. Had an amazing week at Centre Parcs Longleat, from 21-25th August. Leaving the park it appears we lost a zip wallet full of DVDs (mainly children DVDs). Within the set of DVDs there are some personal family concert DVDs which we would dearly love to get back. If anyone came across the DVDs (possibly in the car park area - we parked in area 'i' in the little section nearest the park.). Any help returning these DVDs will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Terrible customer service!! Don't even bother. We are also suffering from the #rapidgate issue. Disgusting behaviour from such a big company.

Lovely location EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE........... Its a shame Centre Parcs have extremely poor customer service with guests coming to Longleat during the Rapid closure , Martin Dalby not responding to contact and generic emails being sent! I think everyone affected understands the closure , but would like the opportunity to either .. A)change dates B)change location C)a pre bookable day pass once facilities are up and running. D) a gesture of good will vouchers to spend on other activity in the PARC.
