Everything amazing.. but too many kids.
Toddler swimming pool under reconstruction. Won't be open till mid 2017. I don't remember seeing any notices on their website or on our booking invoice. Would have booked a different one as had 3 toddlers. Bit underhanded not to mention it at all.

Had a really lovely stay as far as the parc and our villa. This year I was really really let down by the Rajinda Pradesh how this can now be called indian food is an absolute insult. Since our last visit in 2015 this restaurant has had a dramatical change in terms of the food and no longer resembles any indian dish I have ever had. I am struggling to believe that managment think that customers would be happy with the change!! Have they actually seen and tried what they are serving up! I would like to say how disgusted I am with the customer care at longleat. Today my husband myself and two friends were due to go to longleat, my husband was admitted to hospital Sunday and unfortunately unable to go. I emailed and called to explain this and was told they wouldn't do anything as it was a 10 week cancellation policy. Lovely place . The kids adore coming here . So do we . Looking forward to the new swimming pool slides and toddler area . They are building new walkways and play areas. Also have just collected our painted pottery that we did yesterday. This place is magical . A couple of hours of fun painting with the kids and they are thrilled with their unicorns and pots ���

A lovely week away with the kids and grand children. Great activities and nice friendly staff. Very impressed with the spa. The lodge was well equipped and spacious. A big thank you to customer care and the security staff who returned me safely back to the lodge after a couple of falls.
