Really disappointed. For the last 9 years I've been coming to centre parcs longleat on average 4-6 times a year. Everytime has always been magical and wonderful. Until this year. I brought my nephews in July, I won't go into that trip other than when I emailed to complain I heard nothing back. When I emailed praising them back in January I heard back the next day. Sat having a meal in hucks and Darren was amazing! My friends burger came out wrong. Darren looked at it and knew straight away it was wrong before we even said anything! Amazing service! Hopefully this will get to him at some point ��

We'd gone to center Parcs in May for my mums 60th birthday so thought returning for my son's 2nd birthday would be ideal. The second visit was ok, but the weather was vastly different than when we'd stayed in May which made using outside space limiting and made us realise there isn't a massive amount to do with a toddler except to swim. So off we went to the pool... We booked Friday till Monday in early August. Lovely place really liked it. But on the Sunday afternoon I had a fight with a Segway and broke my ankle. Now I've got to say that the two lady paramedics on site were absolutely brilliant. But the lad who took us out on the Segways didn't have a clue what to do in an emergency. If it hadn't been for my son being with me I don't know what would have happened.. I ended in Salisbury hospital for a week and am now at home recovering. But it wouldn't put me off going to centre parks ... read more
We have just returned from a long weekend and we come every year. We stayed in pine 172 and there were 4 beautiful kittens living in the bush outside the patio doors. We are animal lovers and so within two days we had them coming to the door and eating out of our hands. We spoke to reception and they are aware of all of the wild cats living there. Please please if you are staying in the lodge can you put a little food out for them. They are so gorgeous and about 4 months old I would say.
I love the surroundings & facilities. But the standard accommodation- for the money it is poor. Grubby & tired. When they are pricing at £1500 for a week in Summer you expect it at least to be clean. Also could do with more for crawling babies...like baby swings in play areas & spaces where they can be out of the buggy exploring a bit. Also the Pancake House is dire £8 for the saddest looking omelette I've ever seen. Overpriced & underwhelming with miserable staff.
Been visiting CP for abt 16 years now. Love it and even tho my children are late teens now, it's still as enjoyable for them as when they were younger. Has always been expensive but seems to be getting a bit too pricey now. Supermarket always used to be reasonable but last 2 visits really noticed an increase in the prices. Very well stocked tho and gorgeous cakes. Aqua Sana is the best spa I've visited and always try to squeeze a session in. A real treat
