Great stay! First time in school hols but it's been brilliant!! Not much busier than term time! Usual quality service with any issues in our villa, a team arrived within an hour of our complaint! Love it here, the perfect retreat especially with a child with additional needs. Thank you centreparcs for the Christmas boost!! X

Just stayed for the second time This year. Was amazing. So Christmassy. Everywhere lit up. Fireworks were spectacular. Had great meals in HUCKs and belle Italia and sports cafe . Can't wait to come Again . Kids has a wonderful time.

Date of stay 31st October to 4th November 2016. I spoke to a member of your staff about our experiences with access to our villa (number 62) and was asked to make contact upon my return, which I did but no response from them so far. Fabulous place,just had a fabulous week 7th to 11th Nov, had deer,squirrels,gorgeous cats and badger calling to see us, Las iguanas was superb,thanks to Richard, very good advice and help re food.not too busy either and of course gorgeous with all the Xmas Dec's everywhere.
Just got back from a 4 days break with the family in Longleat. The resort is amazing, we loved everything except the cleaning service at the lodge we stayed. We arrived on Monday the 31st October. We stayed at one of the new executive lodges in the Maples area, lodge number 940. It was advertised with a 40 inches telly in the lounge but that was not the case, never mind......we surely didn't go there to watch much telly so it didn't bother us much. Very disappointed for our Canadian relations that were joining us for the day for them to be told they were not booked in! Had the reception bothered to call anyone they would have realised they WERE booked in but no one had passed the message on! Not very good customer relations!
