My praise of Center Parcs relates to a medical issue. My husband, who is type 1 diabetic had a hypo in the middle of the night. I called 999 and the response of the staff and ambulance service was fantastic. Can't praise their help highly enough. Thank you Center Parcs night security staff Longleat. And of course the ambulance service.
Really disappointed for a friend who went with 3 little ones, youngest only 3 months old. When they booked they were not told that the TODDLER POOL IS CLOSED for maintenance and when they complained onsite they were told they would have known if they had read the Village News! Since then they have been blocked from this Facebook Group and none of their emails are being answered. Fanbloodytastic is all I can say well worth a visit
I been with my family for the last 8 years atleast once a year. Friendly polite staff. Modernisation always happening. Beautiful grounds.
Great place to have fun with the kids and chill but take plenty of money as things aren't cheap!!!
We arrived for a surprise spa day and lunch, we were warmly greeted and what to do was explained to us . We had an amazing time very relaxed we loved all the steam experiences especially the outside hot tub in the rain -fab Our lunch was enjoyable we will be back !!!

Mega impressed with the customer service at Longleat Center Parcs, I thought customer service was dead in retail but our kids have been made to feel special by the people working here in every department, they get down to their level and take the time to chat to them and ask about their holiday in every department, the shop, reception, restaurants and activity leaders, often giving them stickers or small gifts too.
