I doubt I will return to CP after having experienced very poor pre-visit customer service. Failure to listen to or respond individually to the issue of closure of the Water Rapids means huge disappointment and disillusionment in CP. I have emailed/written and phoned Guest Services, the CEO and other members of The Board of Directors and only received generic replies - not even addressed to me personally and not responding to my individual circumstances. Customer service - appalling. Spending our 1st Wedding Anniversary in Longleat, emailed my concerns about the Rapids being closed - quick as a flash, sod all has happened, no reply - nothing! V unimpressed
1* for the lack of communication, compassion, customer service.
Just to echo the other reviews in regards to the customer service (or distinct lack of) that has been exhibited with the poor response of the Rapids closure. This is the worst case of customer service I have ever experienced. They have taken 100% of monies without telling anyone that the Rapids are temporarily closed and that they are in fact going to be totally out of service for the duration of our stay. Main attraction has been closed, email went out conveniently just after cancellation period, hundreds of people left furious by CP's don't care attitude when it comes to offering any form of goodwill gesture to compensate or change bookings . Each case not being considered independently as they have suggested as we are all receiving the exact same generic email. It's all about the money and clearly not the customer. Won't be booking again. Shocked and disgusted.

Awful customer service. Told about a major issue 4 weeks before our break so we are unable to change our booking despite them knowing anout it for much longer. Nobody will look at our issues and we are being fobbed off!

Closing the rapids without contacting anyone. Only gave 4 weeks notice so all those people effected were already in the no cancellation period. No booking changes are possible. We offered to pay the admin fee to change villages but CP are far to greedy and have the worst customer care I have ever experienced. Only thing premium is their prices.
