Absolutely brilliant. No negatives just huge positives. The fireworks were AMAZING as well. Super weekend. We will be back!
Had a Spa Break overnight stay. Spa was great and Redwood apartments have been upgraded. However tried phoning the fault line as tv didn't work and after trying several times with it just ringing out, gave up. Plus the breakfast used to be in the Village Square and now it's back in the Aqua Sana and the offering is much poorer, especially if you don't do lots of sugar for breakfast.

We have had a fantastic, magical stay at Center Parcs this week. However, we were very disappointed with the Father Christmas experience. We paid £42 to book an allocated time slot for our 3 young children. At our time we were ushered into a very over crowded hot workshop where we had to stand for 40 minutes to wait our turn! Que lots of crying, hot children and stressed parents. Surely the whole point of allocated times is that you don't have to wait! My family has visited this site once/twice a year for the past 8 years. We usually come home feeling relaxed and refreshed. Not this time! (Our 2nd visit this year). The first of our party arrived and found the lodge had not been cleaned to the standards with which we have been accustomed to at Center Parcs. The flooring (laminate/rugs/carpet) had not been swept or vacuumed. 1 towel had been supplied for a party of 6! (This was the only issue rectified during our stay)...Continue Reading
Been going to Centre Parcs for 17 years and been to Longleat for the last 3 years during the winter wonderland. We just returned today and has been a great time as always. The Vila was clean and tidy. The 2 youngest saw Father Christmas and like every year they really go to town. They don't rush the children , they take time to speak to them and always in the Christmas spirit. The new children's area in the pool and the two new rides are just Wat was needed to the upgrade the pool area.
Me and my fiancee visited this year in January and decided to use the come back offer and stay again in November for the winter wonderland experience. Unfortunately between the two holidays my mental health had rapidly declined and whilst at the park my mental health affected me physically making it impossible for me to walk and get around.
