Extremely disappointed with this new money sending company.. will definitely not recommend to anyone! Have been with Western Union before and have tried this new as advertisement says easy as but customer service staff were all not helpful and stuff up :( ... have been requiring too many documents and too long to process :( still WU is the best!

Dont use remitly, once you send money they dont make the money available right away. Tried reaching them out but seems like none of them is available to help you to solve your concern. I will not recommend this, you will suffer waiting for the money you send to your family.

After spending 27min of my time with this people on the phone verifing and asking dumb questions, I answered all the questions honestly, the he said your transaction is approved and you will get an email with the approval, thanks for your time. And the I wait and wait, the person on the phone said everything is cool and you are ready to go. I was letting know my family that is going to be in a few.
