i have sent money 3 days ago promised at that time , it will be delivered in next haft hour, but its on the way still , remitly customer care is so under trained cant resolve issue , they are not replying to emails, an money tranfer was initiated through remitly to foundation helping somebody getting treatment in hospital, i called them and gave them hope that i will handle and remitly now making excuses that festival season makes delay upto 1 week ?? they are not refunding money either , everybody dont stuck ur money with t... read more

my husband send money last nov 03, already received a msg from remitly. I went to #CEBUANA and #ML but no cash available _ i keep coming back last nov 5 but remitly is #OFFLINE_ I came back nov 06 but as per cebuana " #TRANSACTIONS NOT FOUND" IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED - the burden of keep coming back just to claim the money, How long it takes before it appear at the system?

These guys are moran... I was asked to call them to verify transaction, I called and was on the phone for over 15 minutes and it seemed that the girl had a never-ending list of questions but I still continued to answer but eventually gave up when she asked to verify my address, then previous address, then another previous address and then another previous address. It was so frustrating that I requested to cancel the transaction.
