Hi, I have sent money through your app to India that was supposed to reach by 5th December, but it has not got through till now. And your customer service, I have called multiple times, and I haven't received a call back nor any representative has called me back. It's a matter of grave concern as well as time consuming effort. Kindly call me as soon as possible. And fix this issue.

Worst experience ever with any money transfer company! will never ever recommend to anyone. It has been more than a week for the money to transfer and its still on hold. After 8 days of registration, they have asked my ID documents now to verify the account while they claim "quick money transfer". Still counting days and hoping for my money to be transferred safely. Will never use it again.

I canceled two transactions and it’s been over 2 weeks and my money still hasn’t been refund,, I keep sending them msgs and at first they responded straight away, but now they don’t even bother ,,

I sent $100 CAD to Guatemala and it arrived in their account within an hour. I used my debit card to do it. Super easy, I'm impressed.

I have used this service 5 times now. 3 times money transferred very easily. But two times they had a problem picking up the $ at one of the LBC branches. The situatuon was resolved but I would NOT recommend the LBC COMPANY to pick up your $. You have other choices to usa so use one of the other stores. RJ

I have sent three emails and yet I haven't got any response or update about my transfer and it is still on hold. I have sent the information you required and yet nobody has bother to reply or read my emails . My 1000 dollars is on hold . You can be sure this is the first and last time I sent money using remity and I ll make sure never to recommend you . You should be ashame to provide such poor service .

BAD customer service. I had a problem and this is their answer if you are looking for an answer you are not alone..I never got one

I sent money to my home country, with this website, and my family in my home country did not receive it. It's more than 20 hours. How will I able to get my money back. Please respond back please with an answer.
