they need to update their verification process not just calling people and asking all sort of ridiculous questions. like things that shows validity not retard foolish questions.

No me permite nisiquiera abrir la cuenta por primera vez,, dice q mi correo electrónico es inválido,,, si así es empezando no me quiero imaginar cuando tenga q poner toda la información del banco y del destinatario. Trate 3 veces de crear la cuenta y no pude. Chau chau adiós. Sigo con Ria,, voy a lo seguro y no me dan dolores de cabeza.

Remitly is is a spam site that does not allow anyone to unsubscribe. Their "Unsubscribe button" does NOT work, and a complaint only got a referral back to their faulty button.

I transferred through remitly for many years with no problems. Then last month my transfer did not go through and Remitly never notified me of this. I called them and they said that it was a random check and that they would fix it and it would go through now and in the future I would have no problems. Then, I transferred again this month... same problem! This time they said that I now needed to submit an I.D. and they told me any state I.D. would do.
