How could Remitly run a business with this kind of poor and the worst service. Remitly could improve and help itself by shutting down the business.

I didn't get the 40 pesos rate even I am a first time customer. 🙄
Get rid of the Palawan Pawnshop partnership. They won't release funds sent by Remitly and the folks at Remitly are helpless to do anything.
I have sent more than 10 email, I chatted more than 15 times and I have spoken more than 5 times and every call, every chat, every email its a different answers I send money every month and had never had a problem so far until today with remitly I need my money back.

RecommendedHoy por primera vez lo use, pues la aplicación ya la tenía instalada y configurada pero me daba desconfianza usarla, pero hoy lo hice y me pareció fabuloso está mucho mejor que Western Union porque no paga la taza aló que es y cobra siete dólares más por envío en total pierdo veinte dólares por cada envío pequeño. así que me gusta, y lo recomendé por mi página facebook y a mis amigos por wassap. gracias
Horrible. I sent money using this company I’m currently out of the country. They want me to call them to for more info. I emailed them that I’m currently out of the country. They hold my money and not processing my transaction. I don’t recommend this horrible company.
