worst company ever, it start very well but now they don't value costumers i refer my sister and just because she is also maria as me they declined transaction saying im using many accounts, she had to explain the representative something usual in mexico's family, most of one family members uses to be named maria i dont know if tradition or what but in my family many marias with secon name, it was awful my sister's son had to pay consecuences of stupid declined by stupid comp=any :/ really a matter .

The problem with this remitance is the way your user agreement,,,you always block our account,,we just send money to our loveones and you block it with no valid reason,,,thats why i dont recommend remitly to all of my friends,,,a lot of complains about this company,,,,hope you lose a lot of costumer because of this issues,,,
