I have been using this service sending money from Australia to Philippines and it was great. Then because I sent money multiple times in a day now they asked for my bank statement and pay slip to prove my identity. Staff asking me personal questions like where the money come from etc etc etc. I havr.proved my identity anf now I sent another transaction to pay my bills in Philippines, they have cancelled my transaction because to pay my bills directly to the company is NOT ALLOWED??? This is scam! Please don't use them. They will hold your money for 2 weeks and will say, they can't send to recipient. Now you have to keep calling them for your own money. Stay away - you have been warned.
72 hrs and so far transaction is still pending. Used their express service which CSR mentioned that beneficiary will receive money within 24 hrs, citing 100%. This business is complete fraud, stay away.
