Ive done many transactions before with this company and had no issues. Then today, i send a transaction and it was cancelled because of some breach to the User Agreement. I called them up only to find that they wont tell you what exactly was done out of the ordinary. They said that once an account is suspended, nothing can be revealed. In short, they can suspend and use User Agreement as an escape goat. Noone can give explanation. Needless to say, going back to MoneyGram. RecommendedMoney is ready in minutes. Never had any issues. Xoom cancels transactions and questions you why are you sending $$$, how often you will be sending $$$, who is the person you’re sending to, etc... like Im sending thousands of dollars... Remitly, so far, has not questioned why I’m sending and what relationship do I have with the person receiving...

RecommendedI've been reading all but bad reviews. I have never had a problem with Remitly...I actually like it better than Xoom. Always receive the $ in minutes, and even customer service is friendly and helpful. I had chosen a certain location for pick up , but when I saw transaction was ready to be picked up it had wrong location. I called customer service..no waiting time and they changed my location in seconds and waited minutes to be ready for pick up. VERY SATISFIED. and will keep on using them . 😍😍😍😍
