worst service ever. They cannot cancel the transaction, and they cannot pay the receiver from last 4 days because "THEIR partner is having issues". What a lame excuse.

RecommendedHorrible service............. I did multiple transactions at higher exchange rates which they cancelled saying issues with partner banks and without proper justifications. This happened multiple times......Cheaters

That’s the issue. You don’t. I have no use for systems and organizations that are not customer oriented. I’ll recommend you to no one. Now Costco is a great organization that I have promoted to hundreds of people worldwide, and will continue to do so. They are a model of taking care of people. Love them. Love them.

I sent money to Philippines and paid $13.99 for the recipient to receive the money in dollars. But their remittance center gave the money in pesos. It would have been ok if they convert the dollars to the actual exchange rate, but no, they convert it to remitly exchange rate. Which is lower than the actual conversion. So, what’s the purpose of paying $13.99 if they can’t get the right amount you sent? I called their customer service to ask for a refund of the service fee.
