i sent my bank statement and my pay slip to increase my sending limit but they don't approve. they said they want the original pdf file of my pay slip! how the hell would I do that?! how can I ask my company for that?!!

No! Somebody used this company to steal ALL of my money out of my bank account ag 23:09 lsdt night and this company in as my money and will transfer it without checking.

Horrible customer service over phone !!. Their customer protection team is good but they only call you when you have to increase your sending limit. The iPhone app is good. Transfers I have sent have been completed successfully and mostly on time.

Horrible customer service! The process to send money is tedious they keep asking for additional information over and over (including your social security) since I’m very caution with the information I share through the internet i gave up and decided to use a different method. Don’t give your personal information people. That’s how hackers steals your info and money!

My money was supposed to reach my recipient on 10/5, but it's stuck since then. I have called at least four times, with no hopes of getting it resolved. Additionally, they are offering me a mere $5 credit as a compensation, which is ridiculous. To think of it, they give $10 for every referral. I have done numerous transactions with Remitly, but if this isn't resolved, it looks like this will be my last time using Remitly.
