This company is the worst. First transaction took my money and has held it for about a week or so with lack of knowledge on the status of the transaction. Promise status communication via emails and only received surveys, had to call every single time to find out what was the status.. Finally Got to cancel my transaction and have to wait 7-10 additional days. XOOM is a better option and refunds are instantaneous... #ridiculous #worstcompany #whyisend #Xoom #moneygram #sendmoneyanyotherway

Cancelled my transaction after 3 days citing incorrect bank details even when I cross checked them to be correct. Sudden fall in exchange value seems to be the reason. Feeling cheated.
