que con cuenta bancaria resiben el dinero asta en 5 ho 7 dias para eso lo ago en una tienda normal gracias

Bad experience! Just tried to send money to the Philippines last days, And they hold my money. So I thought,” Okay, It’s fine, I’ll just send to other remittance.” But I decided to look my bank account first, And I’ve been charged for 410 dollars! With the same amount I tried to send. I called them about it and they said,”they don’t have my money and my transaction history is clear” Means I don’t have any transaction that has been made but there is an on hold transaction with them. Never ever send to Remitly!! I used to send through this company, no issue until my last transaction with them. They cancelled my transaction without informing me, i only found out after 5days because I’m wondering why the money is not yet in the receiver’s account and when i call their customer service, they’re very rude and no help at all!!!!

i send my 300 cad dollars from canada to india on 24th nov 2018,upto to today i didnt get it,i use this service first time and really dissapointed.i feel like somebody rob me.i feel real bad that i trust remitly.i donot suggest anybody to send money from this company.

tried to send money twice they didnt send money but took it out my account
