Bad experience! Just tried to send money to the Philippines last days, And they hold my money. So I thought,” Okay, It’s fine, I’ll just send to other remittance.” But I decided to look my bank account first, And I’ve been charged for 410 dollars! With the same amount I tried to send. Never ever send to Remitly!! I used to send through this company, no issue until my last transaction with them. They cancelled my transaction without informing me, i only found out after 5days because I’m wondering why the money is not yet in the receiver’s account and when i call their customer service, they’re very rude and no help at all!!!!
