I have worked there for almost 28 years that place has helped me bring 3 wonderful children in this world and has taken care of my dad with stents and then open heart surgery and taken care of my sweet husband and many other family members saved my twins when they were born early and my sweet daughter when she had bleeding issues so just to remind you all this hospital is the people's hospital we take you no matter what ❤️❤️❤️💕💕 Erlanger proud
Phillip Burns, Kim Ewton, John McCravey and the oncology nurses have literally saved my life. There is no way to thank them, but I am praying that God's favor and richest blessings are found in their lives.
Valet parking to the Volunteer who helped us at 6:30am Excellent beyond words. Waiting room for MRI on 2nd floor at Medical Mall another story... chairs very uncomfortable, AC on full blast and it felt like 40 below in there ( yes I know have to keep cool to keep germs ) but that was entirely too cold, nursing staff not personable at all. Over all want answers for my dad and if I have to suffer for 3+ hours it's worth it because my measly 3 hours is nothing compared to the suffering he is going thru right now.
I've heard a lot of bad things but I'm hear to tell you they treated me better than memorial has treated my dad the past couple of times he's been. I had the beat nurses and couldn't have asked for better. Thank you erlanger.
The worst place ever. Mom had a stroke,we got there around 7 pm, she didn't get moved out of the hallway until 4 AM!!!! I ASKED 2 different nurses for a blanket, never got them....had to go the the blanket and vomit bag myself....... Mom laid in the hallway for hours in her very own vomit, no one offered her anything.
My grandfather was admitted with a fractured neck. They had to do surgery and put pins in to fix the problem. They put a tube in him to give nutrients because they didn't know how to feed him. And they wouldn't listen to my family about how he eats. The same tube was put in his lungs instead of his stomach. That almost killed him and he was sent to ICU. They did another procedure to feed him through a tube. Now all of a sudden he has Pneumonia and an unknown infection. They are now giving him 3 days to live and are sending h... read more
