After my procedure I felt rushed. Did not see the doctor to explain what went on and if their was any complications. My boyfriend was handed paperwork and was told to get the car. So unprofessional. So many questions left unanswered. Had the same procedure at Memorial and I prefer them over Erlanger. But the staff were friendly and nice.
Absolutely horrible! I hope we NEVER have to use them again! For such a large hospital there sure is a lack of kindness, compassion, speed, organization and cleanliness. Doctors are extremely slow, if they even bother to drop by at all. Test and test results take forever to get done and to get back! Yes I know those are lengthy processes, but when you ask my 7 year old to pee in a cup and then leave it setting there for multiple hours before sending it to the lab, that's ridiculous! Erlanger is the worst experience We've ever had anyplace we've been. The service and care is such a joke. Not happening in that place. Will never use them again, ever!!!
Horrible service!!!! I came into the world there. However, I will never go back after the service my step dad received.
When I was a patient in November of 2011 I was air lifted from Jasper, TN. I was on the ventilator for 6 days in icu. If it wasn't for the staff at BEH I wouldn't be here. Sad to say I can't say the same thing as an employee because they really did me wrong I hope they pay for the way I was treated and let go, but when it comes to trusting someone with my life no doubt Erlanger is on the top of that list. Thanks for saving my life.
ErlAnger has took great care of my mom, we wouldn't go anywhere else..some days they may run behind but the Drs r awesome!!!
Erlanger East was the worst I have ever seen! We were there for 7.5 hours, my husband on a gurney and me sitting in a chair, waiting to be transported to Erlanger downtown because "the fully functional East" could not run tests my husband needed on the weekend! I will never go back there again! Once we finally got downtown, the staff there had not been informed by the East staff why we were there.....after 7.5 hours, they had not called and told them why we were there.
