The care by staff in Surgery Center was excellent. However, the parking, specifically the valet parking, was ridiculous. My son sat for 20 minutes outside in pain and nauseated while waiting on our car after he got out of surgery. Whoever, designed the valet parking system is an idiot. I bet if the president of hospital or if the leading heart surgeon had to use the valet, it would get fixed immediately. Total cluster.

My son was in a wreck Friday night 4/21/2017. It broke his leg both bones compound fracture. Both bones sticking through the skin, actually his foot was hanging on by a piece of skin. These Nurses & Drs are the best. Straight to the point. POLITE, Caring,Consoling. You can't afford to eat here so bring your lunch. Other than that it's Great
My son was sent to Erlanger stroke center from SPARTA,Tennessee. ...after scans and MRI, it was discovered he had a brain tumor, which after surgery and pathology report, we were told it was cancer, Glioblastoma. He had some very good nurses and rehab personnel...he is now going to Erlanger Cancer center where he has radiation 5 days a week along with a chemo pill.We really like his radiologist, Dr. Kimsey and his oncologist, Dr. Niagerra (Spelling )...he has 4 weeks to go, after that we aren't certain...but we are very plea... read more
I have had to undergo two surgical procedures at Erlanger Baroness. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, respectful, and compassionate from check in to discharge. The reason I gave a 4 is because the valet person smoked a cigarette in our vehicle. My husband has asthma.
We speak blessing over this hosp & all of the staff! Between you & God we still have our brother Aaron Hayes! Thank you all Sooo very much! Everyone was so helpful and did a wonderful job! God bless you all!
