The nurses give you attitude and ignore you. Treat you like a drug addict if you're in pain. Usually there's a doctor that settles you're nerves and makes you comfortable. ..well that guy doesn't work here
Other than getting my Mom's pain under control, it was terrible. The Dr was nice and all, and so was the nurse, BUT they didn't tell her what the pain was from. If it hadn't been for her getting some relief from pain , I would have rated them a 1.
2012 I had a brain tumor removed here ... just a few days ago I had another removed & I can surely say that all improvements they have put into play have made great changes & renewed confidence in my/our hospital!
My sister is currently being treated here she was brought in unresponsive and so far they are doing everything they can the only thing i dont like is the fact that they only allow 2 people back at a time to visit makes it really hard with all of our family members. But overall im super happy with the care they are giving my sister...
I had surgery 2 days in a row at Erlanger Plaza. Everyone I came in contact with was absolutely GREAT! I even got a big nurse Hug on the OR table while receiving my block for surgery on my thumb! Let me just say that part HURT, but I loved not being put to sleep 2 days in a row. Everyone was friendly, compassionate & professional. Upon retrieving our car the valet attendant told my husband to have a nice day Mr Fowler! Being in customer service you learn to pay attention to those details.
