Been here since noon today for my mother in law to get fluids. Waited in e.r. lobby til 6:10, finally brought back, but now it's 7:47 and still no fluids. Ridiculous, never again.
This post is by my mother. Well, Monday was a productive day at erlanger. The stupidity of inefficiency continued. So, they come get glenn. Drag him with a sheet from the perfectly appropriate rolling bed to the stretcher. Then they take him to ultrasound to look at his galbladder. They bring him back and drag him back on the bed. 15 minutes later they repeat the process and go to ultrasound to look at his legs....Continue Reading
Will never go back there again!! My husband has been hurting in his stomach for 2 months or longer and it starting hurting him really bad Monday took him to Erlanger and they said he was okay everything looked fine well went to Dalton hospital today and got some not great news there is stuff wrong with his liver and other things!!! I will never be back to Erlanger!!!
My daughter had to be admitted last November for dehydration. I had to call multiple times to get a bill sent to our correct address. While she was there we had no hot water in our room. Could not get her clean until we got home. Staff was friendly. Facility was terribly lacking so you can imagine my surprise to find our bill after insurance paid is still over $2000! They are very busy, and it took a bit to get a room but they're very polite and doing they're best I think with very well trained staff!
