I'm here again today sitting with a patient,about to leave at 6.
Was treated worse this time by just about all staff that came in contact with me from the ER to the floor nurses, techs and transporter to the car. Have NEVER been treated so rudely or inconsiderately by anyone much less ppl whose very job is to care for you. I wouldn't send a crack head that tried to kill my dog there anymore!!!
Just had my gallbladder removed. Everyone I spoke with/ delt with from the valet parking attendants to the drs and nurses were pleasant and friendly. I loved ❤️ my care. I truly felt that everyone respected me and wanted the best outcome for me. I highly recommend this hospital. I have even had my children's surgeries and overnights stays. Everyone has an off day now and then and I have witnessed one or two people that may have been experiencing that, but the majority of staff and days there have been no problems whatsoever.... read more
I won't mention my doctor or his PA because I truly like and appreciate them, but I waited 52 minutes past my appointment time before I was called back for my vitals. Including the time spent with the woman who took my blood pressure and then the PA, I waited 52 minutes for an 18-minute visit. Something is wrong with this picture. When I inquired at the desk after 45 minutes, the receptionist told me that they were running behind but that they had four people seeing patients.
