Unacceptable Erlanger. I have worked Medical/Surgical and ICU for years. I have been cussed at, talked down, and threatened by family of patients. Its called stress, anxiety, fear, pain, exhaustion, and confusion with the situation of what is happening to their loved one. Where is the compassionate healing nature of your employees? Great Hospital. So big we got lost. We went from 5th floor To 4th foor.
The staff here typically go above and beyond to treat you like a person...super nice people makes a huge difference when times are tough
No doubt Erlanger is the best..it took me 5 hrs in the ER to be seen that is rediclous...
