I was in their for 5 1/2 hours, once I went back doctor came in pretty quick and order chest x-ray and to start an IV and do a swab for the flu the nurse didnt even start any of that til 3 1/2 hours later said sorry she got tied up when I seen her keep by passing my room multiple times
No one likes having a loved one in the hospital but if they are the staff at Erlanger are amazing. Everyone has been so kind and helpful during our stay.
Thanks to all the staff everyone was so nice and wonderful. Especially to Dr. Hawk, Amy, and Katie and all the ICU staff.
My daughter in law was in Labor & Delivery. The nurse, Amy (a five star nurse), that took care of her was exceptional. Thank You L&D!

That facility is HUGE, but everyone was very helpful.
I came in with an allergic reaction to something and I had swelling in my face and red raised welts everywhere. They didnt do any blood test to see if there was an infection or anything. I was given benadryl and a steroid shot an observation was for 2 hours. Still had itching but was released. I went home and hours later had gotten worse so I went to an urgent care and immediately they knew what was going on with my condition.
