Father in law flown here for stroke! ER had people on cots lined around walls! Once they got him to room on stroke wing, NO TOWELS! NO PILLOWS! when my husband ask for towels nurse ask him "CAN HE NOT USE WASH CLOTHS" really ERLANGER??? I thought they were better than this! I guess Vanderbilt from here on!!!😡
My daughter had surgery yesterday she is 3 months old after it was done she was being discharged the same day well the nurse Terri was so nice! She let my baby sleep in extra time let me feed her and also gave her some Tylenol for the ride home so I could buy some and her not be in pain for the 30 minute drive back. I wasn't rushed in any way and they kept checking up on me since I was such a mess. Erlanger health system really took the time to work with me on so many levels . My health being they're main concern all the way down to comfort so I could sleep. The resident nurses and surgeons here are amazing at what they do . God bless every savior that tends to patients here . Thank you all so much

There Is a young lady in transport.. T.. she is Amazing- she showwereed me w/o t Love and during a battle of pain she moved me to ano t er room making me laugh and smike.. she had one of those belly laughs and smile of an angel. As I was leaving to be discharged. She srated afree work to wheel mme out.. I tank you God for this wonderful sister. In and out at Erlanger North in less than two hours. I understand that more ill patients came before my ankle fracture. Staff were personable and empathetic. Thankful for this hospital so close to my home!
