World class education as always thanks to the Erlanger Life Force folks putting on the classes that they do
So far the only complaint we have is that the ICU waiting room was dirty and if you had to spend the night . Well I hope you like sleeping in a chair that doesn't even recline. The lobby area next to the parking garage has better chairs. The staff is doing a wonderful job caring for my dad

The ladies in the infusion center yesterday and every time I come for my Entyvio infusion for my Crohn's, they go above and beyond to make sure it's as comfortable as possible.
I didnt really like the stay but I had some pretty nurses and techs taking care of me. Megan on the cardiology floor was very professional and helpful
An interfacility transfer... the equipment that Erlanger knew the patient needed was not only at the bedside, it took 90 minutes to get it delivered to the room. The nurse tried for 30 minutes plus before admitting she didn't know how to order it on the computer. Then, the person she needed to call wasn't answering the phone, instead had to be paged. Took an emergency ambulance out of service for an extra 90 minutes.
I was rushed to Erlanger by ambulance hemorrhaging with no known explanation. The ER doctors & nurses were amazing not only with prompt testing and decisions that I know saved my life but also with my family who watched me almost die. Everyone was compassionate and involved but professional and prompt. I was moved to the stroke recovery area of the hospital and monitored & those nurses were amazing with making sure I was comfortable and resting.
