Kind, competent, compassionate, patient and efficient.
I had to drive 2 hours to visit a family member that was sent there from Walker County after having a spell with chest pain, upon arrival the first place I wanted to visit was the rest room that was near the food court, Worst experience ever for a hospital, was so nasty I could not believe I was in a hospital. I work in emergency services so I have visited alot of rest rooms. And it was no better in my loved ones room, it floored me how nasty the shower was that my loved one had to shower in. I have no complaints. I am very thankful with how well my husband was treated. Thank you team for everything!
The hospital is understaffed, and the people who work here are rude and very uncaring to the patients. We would have gone anywhere else if we would have had a choice.
