Aksarben ARS is a company that should not be trusted. Sure they have a lot of good ads and commercials, but don't let that fool you into believing they don't rip people off and don't feel too safe with what you read from there home page. They claim they can help with a variety of issues and emergencies. I have there home protection plan and do all the maintenance tuneups they suggest. Poor Diagnosis, and Worse Customer Service. My HVAC/ Furnace stopped working last weekend and I called ARS to come and diagnose it. The technician that came out briefly looked at it and determined that the inducer motor was not working and needed to be replaced. He quoted me ~$3K to replace the motor, but suggested that b/c the unit was 12years old it probably would have more issues and needed to be replaced. Our hot water *********** boiler stopped working on a cold Thanksgiving day last year and I couldn't get it to light. Called Blue Dot that day and gave them the pertinent info. A hot water heater service tech arrived late Friday afternoon, who was not qualified to work on a boiler. He called his boss and they sent out a boiler service tech later that evening. He diagnosed the problem as a bad boiler control board but a new one couldn't be ordered till Monday. We were charged for the service call and for a portion of the part... read more

I can't even think of the words to describe the poor service that I've received. $13,000 heating unit less than 4 years old. On the past three weeks, seven different technicians, 7days of lost pay to be here waiting for a technician, $2000+ in laber costs for parts that doot fix the problem, numerous calls to supervisors that never call you back. Still no resolution still no heat. I would definitely not recommend this company. Extremely frustrated, disappointed and have lost all confidence that they know what to do.
