I would give negative stars if I could. Was supposed to have a technician come out from 8 - 12, no one showed up. They scheduled another one from 12 - 4. I get a call at 330 telling me no one is available, but I can get rescheduled from 4 - 8. HARD NO. Eight hours of a day wasted when I could have called a company that actually wanted to work. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

************************* was my technician and he was very informative he gave great recommendations. If ever I have any issues he will be requested. Taught me a couple of maintenance fixes I wasnt even aware of. Very nice and polite young man. Highly recommended

I had the best service man come for fall tune up. Not realizing what the Fall checkup involved was vs Fall Maintenance. I never had such a thorough explanation of the detail Of the maintenance plan and how critical it was to keep my unit in excellent condition. I thought since its only 4 years old it would be excellent. I signed up for their ************* Plan where he practically takes unit apart to inspect it. Well sure enough he carried the blower down to me and showed me where the bearings were leaking!!!He explained bes... read more

I called ARS/Rescue Rooter for them to fix my A/C after a lighting struck the night before...Red light went on .... They came 1 days later and tried to clean my A/C and charge $750. He took like 10 min and left. The moment he left my A/C light went back to red light. So I called the company because the **** knew he did me wrong by cleaning instead of fixing. The company apologized and said they will send another **** later in the day. They were very nice about it over the phone. But 3 days without A/C I had to call someone e... read more
