Courteous,professional,timely, and efficient. Have been customer since 2019 when furnace and a/c installed. Have always received good service

Don't show up for appointments. Don't call. Don't return calls. I would never use this company again. They are hit or miss and I am tired or missing. They over charge For Everything. If you don't believe me ... do business with them, at your own risk. But, do at least get a 2nd opinion. I mean seriously, if you have an ER ... it is possible they wont even show up. When I called to make as appointment to get a quote on plumbing needs I thought I was still dealing with ****** Services because I have used this company several times with no complaints. I didn't know at the time that it was not that same hometown company but rather owned by American Residential Services but still doing business as ******. As many have said, this company is terrible!! Poor follow through, poor scheduling, and so far they have failed 2 inspections on the water heater! No concern of the customer's time. Lowes needs to recommend another company. They do not represent Lowes well.

Was Lied to and told we had to replace our unit. Sales person came to our house and kept saying how nice our house was and how he liked our car... anyway after quoting me ****** dollars for a new unit I said I could not afford that. He said he would go call his boss and see what he could do. He stepped outside and walked back in 10 seconds later dropping the price from ****** to ******. Our tech ***** was very thorough on our service. only one that cleaned our furnace with a camera. would highly recommend him. He will be our tech. From now on
ARS has serviced my air/heating unit as well as my plumbing and hot water system. Most recently they cleaned my dryer vent which I was Very grateful for. Their service is impeccable the men are courteous and knowledgeable and the scheduling department are always willing to accommodate. **** has serviced my AC/heating unit several times now and I can not speak more highly of his character and willingness to get the job done correctly.
