I had ARS install a brand new AC unit in 2019. I have 2 units on my home , every since the install the upstairs unit stop working the beginning of every season and the reason they give is because they where shipped a bad batch of thermostat. Now here it is 2021 my upstairs unit pan was crack an leaking in my bathroom I reach out to them June 22, 2021 around 1am. The guy came out and told me the part and install would be $1100. On May 11, 2021 ARS serviced my air conditioner as prescribed under their annual contract, which I have had with them for the past 5 years. About a week later my air conditioner did not function properly, downstairs would not go past 66degrees and upstairs was at 74. I called ARS and reported the problem. Was told that they would come out Monday did not come said they had problems with their board would be here Wednesday no show. I called ARS 6/6/2021 and reported this. In February ARS STARTED the installation of our Air Conditioner and Duct work at our home. We were told that the air vents would be installed through the house. Once the work started we were told that the vents could not be installed in 2 places because they "could not get under the house". This should have been checked prior to the install. While I usually would write a five star review the service level at ARS has declined as of late. Still pretty good overall. Each time the customer service reps are pleasant however not sure notes that are taken are reviewed as accurately as they should be I would like to give five stars to the recent technician Jonathan who showed up on time, was professional, and communicated well. I had to enter some kind of score because it's required so I put in a 1. I had my entire HVAC replaced including ductwork I have a split system unit so there was a unit on the outside and a unit on the inside of the house and again all the duck work. The technician, Jermany was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very safety conscience and focused on customer service. This was my first experience with ARS and I give the experience 5 stars!
