This company sent inexperienced workers that were not being trained. There were many people showing up for inspection; problem with that is the work had barely gotten started and it took 2+ days for a very small 1 story home. When I requested to speak with the supervisor ( three separate occasions), I was told he wasnt available and they were not allowed to give me his contact information. We were told they were a good company and did good work, so we used them for our new air conditioner install. We were under the impression we were getting a new system and excited to have air conditioning in the house. We've had our unit for only 3 years and already having issues that have cost us money we can't afford! My husband and I feel we were lied to multiple times about our unit and all were told on this last service call is, "we can quote you for another system." Attendant was given misinformation about purpose of trip. Drove 2 hours from ******* unprepared to do what we requested: annual review of split A/C.

My ** went out and I was desperate to get it going again due to my wife is disabled and recovering from a stroke and temperatures averaging 105 degrees or higher. I called ARS to come for help because I had them to come out in April of 2023 for a tune up of my ** and no problems were found. ARS sent a technician who knew the situation I was in. Inexperienced technicians, sales said installation in a day, took three weeks.My blower and ac is leaking water, damage attic, hall ceiling water spots.Bad customer service, refused to install new system, wants to half step do a patch job instead. Salesman told me ac system unconditional guarantee or replace, or money back, even say in contract but refuse to replace ac system. I wish I could give 0 or totally negative. worst company and worst service. I had signed up for an HVAC replacement, I was quoted for a 15 seer unit and they showed up with 14 seer unit, be careful, they did not mention anything, since I noticed that when I tried to cancel, I was promised to get an credit of $500 if I had to keep that unit and for the inconvenience, this was 8/19/23, till today, nobody called, I did not get credit.
