Very unprofessional!! I will never call on them again! they totally ripped me off! I've been without heat for over a week. They make appointments (4) and don't show or call! Came out once, didn't fix it and never came back. Took $90.00 cash

Fixed Air Condition drip pipe. Roberto was able to find the problem in a short time period. He cleaned the drip pipe using air pressure through the pipe. He also attached another pipe on the clean out valve (close to the air handler) to make sure the unit shutoff next time there is a water problem with the drip pipe. Roberto is very knowledgable and professional.
Person sent for installation refused to listen. They cut holes in a wall that wasn't required due to being able to remove sheetrock. Proceeded to tell me that they required cutting holes for the new duct work because they could not remove the old ducts due to sprayed insulation. (False) Tech cut holes in the floor wherever he wanted at first without asking approval of position. Installed new air supplys to each of the new holes and refused to listen on the screw size and how the duct should sit in the hole. My vents now have... read more

High sales pressure - bought a new unit....never saw the salesman again after making many calls and leaving messages. Unit is 2 years old and still does not operate properly. Do not use ARS!!!!
