Our tech was very professional & also friendly. He wore "booties" inside the house and left everything exactly how he found it. He made sure I had time to ask any questions and explained the work he had done on our a/c unit.
ARS, was on time, and knowledgeable. Great service all around.
ARS phone system was not receiving calls Monday morning August 29, 2016. Simone retrieved my cell number from my call attempts, and she called me to see how ARS could assist me. That alone is smart customer service. Simone herself was very gracious and helpful. She got the service scheduled right away to resolve my A/C problem. She knew from ARS records the status of my installations and was able to predict that the service would be covered by an extended warranty on the unit that isn't functioning.
