Jonathan was very polite and went the extra mile when he came to give me an estimate for the work and later when he completed the installation. I believe him to be very knowledgeable as well as a worker willing to do what it takes to make his customers happy. I would happily work with him again. I know who to ask for if something goes wrong with my service.
ARS recently serviced my HVAC system. I was extremely pleased with their service. The customer service representatives Hope Y. and Kimberly H. were professional and courteous with scheduling and rescheduling my appointment. I felt the technician, Willie J., was through and provided helpful information to keep my system operating to it optimum. Based on my experience with these folks, I would definitely recommend ARS to my friends. A very happy customer.
Jonathan B. was knowledgeable, and efficient. We were previously told that we needed a new disposal by one of his fellow technicians- Jonathan determined this was not true, and that we only had a clog. He quickly dislodged the problem, and fixed our issue. I would highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs. He refereed to himself as a "fix it" plumber, and not just an "install it" plumber- very true to his words.

I had a problem with my Air Conditioning system and called ARS and made an appointment for several days later. On appointment day, the friendly ARS representative called 30 minutes ahead of time as they promised they would, and stated the technician would arrive within 30 - 45 minutes. William was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He was very pleasant to have working in my home.
My experience with ARS was very good. i purchased a hot water heater from Home Depot. Their advertisement claimed same day installation if the order was placed before 12 noon. The old heater began leaking on a Saturday night, and the cut-off valve to the heater broke. The only way to prevent our house from flooding was to shut off the water supply for the entire house!
