I had a horrendous experience with this electric company. First and foremost, their customer service is an absolute joke. It's like they're allergic to answering phones or responding to emails. Good luck trying to get any help or information from them.But that's just the tip of the iceberg. They straight-up lied to me about the work they were doing. Its never a good thing when you need to call a plumber, but I am glad I got ***** ??and ******* to help when my plumbing system started to back up. They explained everything really well. I dont feel like they upcharged. They help me feel comfortable and understand everything that was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They also answered any questions I had. I appreciated them for that. I hope they get a raise.

UNETHICAL! Contracted with ARS to install a new heating and airconditioning system $12.000+ which they did.They partially opened the system so only the living room level was receiving great cooling. The basement and upper floor were not receiving adequate cooling. WORSE they UNINSTALLED my HOT WATER HEATER used my hose to drain 50 gallons of water and removed the cover electrical panels and I saw them leave with the DRAIN PAN! Severely overpriced, questionable if not shady and somewhat unethical business practices, aloof and unprofessional management. Two stars instead of one bc the customer service reps and service techs have been helpful and courteous.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
