My elderly mother believed she could trust Aksarben. Unfortunately she learned an expensive lesson. I was in the room when it happened. My mother was charged a starting price of $17,680 (hold up all fingers on both hands twice, minus about two and a half) for a ***** furnace/AC system and straightforward one-day install. "Rebates" brought the final price down to $15,080. After installation was complete I obtained price information for the furnace and AC units she purchased. During our annual furnace inspection by the technician from Aksarben Heating and Air Condtioning, Ryan discovered that our furnace motor and wheel was on the verge of mechanical failure (not a good thing in February). After discussion, he confirmed the furnace parts were available and returned within 3 days to install the new parts. Ryan is completely professional, performs outstanding work, and provides superb customer service.

Dawson the technician was great. But- Blue Dot has been been able to get the correct name on the account since 2016. When I replaced both systems in my name - the NEW HOME OWNER. The original owners name continues to reappear after at least 15 attempts to change to the correct owners name. This continues to be frustrating and will probably change providers because of this problem. See below for incorrect name - with my number. ******* has been decease since 2015. Hi, *******! When my furnace went out Aksarben was quick to help. Got me a replacement the next day. Dave with their sales team was awesome and the install crew was fast, courteous and did an amazing job. Would recommend them 100%!! They were lifesavers!

Run, don't walk from this company. We had an absolutely terrible experience. Our new construction home had HVAC installed under this company. Within our warranty time frame, we noticed black mold in our daughters room around one of the vents. Contacted ARS and was given the run around for THREE MONTHS. It took an entire month before a technician even came out, and then he had to submit his report to management to get it covered.
