Unique technician/plumber Felix installed a new gas hot water heater at our home and did a terrific job Felix works very efficiently, quietly and neatly leaving our garage perfectly clean. He is a great asset to the company.

They did a job across the street from my house in Martinez. Not "rooting", installing or repairing a spa, I believe. Their last day on the job they brought a small excavator to the site. They parked the truck and trailer COMPLETELY blocking my driveway WITH MY VEHICLE IN PLAIN SITE. I was in my home working on taxes until the early afternoon and when I tried to leave I was, as I said, COMPLETELY blocked in. No knock on the door to ask, no nothing. Could have been an emergency. You sound STRIVE and sound respectful, but your workers were ANYTHING but . . . and that's who people deal with. As I said, they started lying as soon as I reacted to being blocked in MY OWN DRIVEWAY. I was in my office in the front of my house working. They could have asked for permission to BLOCK MY DRIVEWAY which I WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN THEM. Why not block the driveway of the house they're working at. I called them out to diagnose my heater wish I had already installed all new parts I just wanted to find out why it wasn't working and he told me it was the air vent diffuser the little fan motor hook to the heater had a closed valve because the motor was bad asking for a bid to replace the valve and he said it was $1,100 I checked the part itself on Amazon it was $53 for the part does that mean they're charging me $1,050 to install it I also thought his tone was a little rude for asking me about why I replaced all the parts... read more
