I purchased a Rheem HVAC from ARS in 4/2020. I signed up for the annual maintenance contract as well. This is not a reputable company. They have no integrity. They just came out for the fall/winter maintenance. 1. The techs tells you one price, then you get the bill and its higher. 2. In the Spring I had a maintenance done. The tech had me sign things on the iPad without explanation. I asked him to show me what I was signing so I could read it; he did. I had a new Carrier 4 ton system install on Aug.8,2023.
