I regret to inform you that my experience with ARS Rescue Rooter has been highly disappointing. Despite purchasing 2 HVAC systems for my house, the company has failed to honor the promised mail-in rebate. Numerous attempts to resolve this matter with managers *****, ****, *****, and **** have proven futile, as none of them have returned my calls.The lack of communication from these managers, coupled with the agents' insincere concerns over the phone, has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Hello Had qoute from ARS for 1700,00 for control panel on our ******* upstairs furnace. Had another company BDL do the same job for ****** wow! Buyer Beware. Saved ******* on this simple 1hr service. ARS would not give cost of control panel and or cost of labor. Why not you ask? So we dont pay taxes?! Lol. Oh my why not transparent? I think you know why! ARS causes DISTRESS!

I requested an annual Heating and AC tune-up from this company because we have a newborn baby and didn't want any heating issues during winter. They came in and performed the tune-up, also recommending some additional cleanup that wasn't covered under the system tune-up. Within 15 minutes after the tune-up, I started noticing a burning smell from the air vents, and the fan began running constantly, blowing cold air. If I could give 0 stars I would. The lack of customer service is despicable. I have called multiple time with no call back. Im running my emergency heat because they refuse to fix a leak that was supposed to be fixed last year. From their website this unit is supposed to last 15 years. And its been 5 and we have had multiple issues with our unit leaking. Don't believe ANYTHING ARS tells you...!Ever...!ARS sold me a new Heat and AC combined unit which I found out later I was over charged by almost **** dollars for...The unit hasn't worked for over **** months in a row without a failure, and ARS will absolutely NOT live up to their "satisfaction or your money back" promise...Even when asked for EARLY in the saga...(within 1-2 years and 2-3 service calls on the brand new system)They'll come out, bandaid the problem with nice words like "this should solve it, let's see what happ... read more

, after recent oct 6th 2023 clean report on ac units to my house about 1 week later north side not blowing cold air , they came to look wanted to charge at least **** dollars for freon ,my 10 year warranty on parts labor and service thru ARS /homedepot for carrier costal 3.5 ton ac on north side of house [paid about ***** for whole house done 2 units and 1 small one in garage,, 5 years into it , had coil leak inside they charged me **** for the freon [other companies *** 900 to replace it] and the coil was supposed to be cov... read more

I had my water heater replaced by ARS. I was satisfied with the technician, but I was lied to by the sales person as he said that $400 of the $1540 was for a county permit. After the work was done, I contacted my county and they said that the fee was only $25. I reached back out to ARS, assuming they would refund the difference due to their error, and after a month of waiting, they told me that I was incorrect and the sales person did not quote $400 for the permit. my ac was not cooling and called ars to come find out why they told me it was the coil. Not even two week later the ac stop cooling again, come to find out I had a leak on the line outside and and it wasn't the coil. That is a big price difference and a inconvenience. I need someone held accountable for this. no test for leaks or anything was done the first time out. I had to sleep in a hot house twice now. We purchased a unit in May 2023. We were guaranteed our electric would be less. It doubled from the the first month. We were not in ******* yet so when we got here they a tech out. Of course he said it was fine. I had Duke come out check the power and it is fine. Since this I have chatted with someone on their website 3 times. He said he will send to the team.
