10/9/2023 - ARS arrived on-time and completed plumbing for me as agreed. Their technician, ***********************, was professional, kept me informed of circumstances found and left my bathroom where the work was performed in a clean and as-found condition. The job was 'well done' in all respects.

Professional through and through. Easy to work with, were on time, cleaned everything away when done. My old HVAC system was shot, unsafe to use. They put it in exactly one day before cold snap. I ordered it two days beforehand. They dont subcontract, so it was their employees who made it happen.

Consumer beware!!! I don't know where to begin with the incompetent service tech or the numerous calls I made after I was told we was going to be made whole.. our unit is fairly new was brought around 2018 from ********** and installed by ars rescue rooter. Had a few issue nothing major untill this August. Keep in mind this are the days of the record breaking heat my house ac goes out. What does any home owner do is call the company who installed it. I have not been able to get someone to call me back. My installation of HVAC failed county inspection and they have yet to come for the 30 day check on work. I am very disappointed with this situation and will not be doing any further purchasing from them ever!!!!

Prompt - actually a little bit early, thorough, polite, neat. ******* and *** did a great job installing our new furnace. The furnace room was left free of any debris. They guided us through what they were going to do, instructed us on the new thermostat. Very pleased. We have used CWA for nearly 25 years and would never consider switching. Every employee has been knowledgable and polite, answered any and all q's we had. 100% satisfied.
