ARS was quick to get a technician to my house when the AC went out. Diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. Very courteous and thorough work.
Very pleased with the service. The technicians were on time, polite, and clearly knew their stuff. They did a neat and professional job and answered all my questions.
I had a new a package AC Hvac unit installed in my mobile home 1 year ago. The technicians did not secure the opening and a critter caused damage to my ductwork. I explained that to the technician and his boss had offered a discount on the ductwork The contract states that the area is to be left secure. A piece of metal was attached and bricks were placed on one side and on the other side the skirting was pushed back but the j channel wasn't secure.

ARS sent Tim S to my house for an A/C issue. Tim was on time and after a few questions went right to work on the system. He found the problem quickly and made the repair for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them for all of my hearing and a/c needs in the future.
It was time for me to do my AC maintenance before turning on the unit. Even though I was not too happy about the last time last year when ARS serviced my AC, I decided to call them anyway since they had resolved the issue. Last year's issues was a technician messing up the wiring on my unit and all it would do is blow hot air. ARS up charging customers and not following up This is a continuation to the scheduling fiasco I experienced, see ARS scheduling nightmare post. On April 7th around 5:25 ARS technician Angel R******** performed our air conditioning tune up. I inquired about the UV Air Cleaning systems and Angel shared to remove mold in the air handler a system with a UV light is $695. Called ARS Orlando for service mid to around the end of February, they came to site and service my unit and add additional parts that I purchased from them. A/C was working fine before they got here but after they leave, it would come on and not stay on and stop working completely. Being in Florida, the heat is always high and they house reaches 90 degree during the day and humidity is high.
