The company over charge us for the they did. The part after I did cost any where 110 to 175 . The work took about 3 hours . The job cost us 2000 in labor . This is wrong they took advantage of seniors who trusted that they were honest . I will never use this company again and told all my family and friends the same . I hope karma comes their way . Very dishonest company .

BE WARNED, stay away from these SWINDLERS. $316 a FOOT, $25,000!! (79 feet) "I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT THESE PEOPLE CHARGE!" was the stunned subcontractor's response when I told him how much my bill was. From the time the sleazebag technician arrived using his scare tactics by telling me the sewer line he looked at with his snake-camera "is the worst I have ever seen" to the time the crew arrived was less than 30 minutes. I have been with ARS for about 8 years, Peter came this afternoon did Spring tune-up for my 4 HVAC units. He has done a great job, very professional and fast working, I'm very appreciated for that.

Elderly 97 yr father hired ARS to do annual tune up Father was told his HVAC unit needed to be replaced due to rust, leaking grease, corrosion on the coils. When we arrived from out of town we opened the unit none of these items were true. It was not cleaned-we took Photos of dirty, no rust, no grease leak The tech showed my father a photo of a unit (that clearly was not his ) with corrosion and rust When salesman came to give his pitch and was shown the dirty coils, he left and said he would get to the bottom of it. We purchased new units from this establishment on 9/3/20. Within 6 months we began having issues with the upstairs unit not working. We ended up with 3 service calls within 12 months...each time stating a different problem with the unit. Now after a year and half the unit is malfuncting again. A tech came out and has quoted a fee of $1012 to repair a part on the unit that is barely over a year old - because we're outside of the 1 year warranty. We had them out to do a check on our air conditioner before hot weather arrived. According to the tech, the system was in bad shape. He called the supervisor who came. We had to sit at the kitchen table while he went through all the issues and prices for fixing. Minimum...$3000 New compressor and condenser coil..$8000 New system... $17,000 It was a very hard sell and he wanted a decision TODAY. I said I would get a couple other quotes and let him know.
