Ive had trouble with ARS when we first bought the ** unit and from that point on every time they come out theyre trying to get 500 $700 extra for what needs to be done on our central air I even took out the protection plan for $5000 for that service however, thats not how it works. I disconnected my central air and told them not to come. I have other ways to cool my house down and it works real well.

We had a hot water leak under our sink as well as broken sink drain piping due to age. We called Brothers, and they provided excellent service. *********** was very professional and courteous. He fixed our problems. We couldnt be happier!

Horrible!!!!! Warning ??I purchased a unit August 2022. No less than 20 times they have been out. Foamed in the literal flap to insert filter. At month 11 I had had enough. I was going to have them pull the unit. We compromised on a 1 year extended warranty. They tricked me and set just a labor warranty. I am now 2 months into the extended warranty and the system clogs and looses power constantly. The entire bottom of the unit is rusted and I have mold on the plywood the installed it on.
