I wanted an estimate on a new install for our home. An appointment was agreed and confirmed after waiting two hours this firms representative never showed or had the courtesy of canceling the appointment: Hello RICHARD. ARS Rescue Rooter Illinois, your local ********** authorized heating and cooling contractor, is confirming your appointment time as Saturday, 4/30 between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. To Reschedule call us at ************** He called the day before to confirm this appointment!

I have had a great first time experience with ARS of Myrtle Beach from the person answering the phone to the two service people one for HAVC spring tube up and the plumbing for hot water heater replacement all done in one day. The service people were very professional and knew there job and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone that needed help.

The original install had a few problems that took longer than reasonable to get corrected. That said, the team that was sent here to fix the problems were outstanding. They were very professional, thorough, and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an A/C contractor.

They installed unit and then we smelt gas around the unit.Call for them to send someone out around April 26 and they couldn't get to us until the 30th.Well it's May 2nd called the fellow that sold us the unit and they're suppose to come out this evening we'll see. We could have died are gottn blown up had we cooked on the grill. Our grill is near the unit.

Charles was on time and provided excellent service. He checked the air conditioning unit on the roof and the handler in the condo. He said everything was an excellent condition.

My Father in law purchased a Daikin system on 06/20/2014. We have had only problems trying to get repairs completed. 6 months ago the Evaporator Coil had gone bad. They said it wasn't covered by the warranty because my Father in Law had died. We just spoke to the Warranty company and they informed us the warranty is in full force and they shouldn't be giving us any problems.
