ARS Orlando Florida. The worse service you can get. Almost a year Bad installation of my equipment that didn't passed the city inspection and they still pending to come fix the requirement to pass it. Two times in a year the equipment has issues. And now without service for two weeks pending to be repaired. This is a terrible service. I don't recommend ********** to install a/c as they use this company in Orlando area. I will continue to report this chain of incidents until be heard
I was charged $430.00 to repair a broken pressure valve on a hot water tank Part $26.00 and 10 min repair should not cost this much I was given the because of Covid excuse prices are higher It was a defective part on their water heater they sold us 2 years ago I expected to pay a minimal fee for the labor not $400. I have contacted them to no results I would not recommend them to anyone
The technician was on time and efficient. He was competent and courteous. We are very satisfied!
ARS was only plumbing company I called which could give me service today. **** ******* arrived exactly on time. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely delightlful. I was very pleased.
The Aksarben tech, Brandon, came by to perform our Spring checkup. He found issues with the A/C and furnace and clearly explained what the issues were and how to resolve them. He was polite, knowledgeable, and made direct eye contact during our conversations. He was not only good at his job, but was also an IoC, an Instiller of Confidence. Glad he was here. Also, our maintenance plan saved us over 10% on the costs. I'm satisfied.
The service technician came for our biyearly preventive maintenance and was very thorough checking out all the systems completely. He was courteous on a rainy day being certain that he did not track in any water or mud. He carefully explained each of the things that I need to do to keep the system running properly. Highly recommended.
He was Professional and had called to ask if it was possible to come earlier than expected. I appreciated the call. He just did a seasonal check on my HVAC system. The system was fine.
Fantastic service. Mark, the service tech, was courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. Easy to trust.
Everyone was professional and respectful. A truly enjoyable experience having them replace our HVAC system.
