We cancelled our elite program with this company ******* Home A/C we were charged again the next month called them 6 times always given the run around. Asked to speak to accounts was told they would take care of it. Called again told we would get a refund but they charged us again! I would not recommend this business and we are out money. The charge is on our bank account and they say they have no record of that charge.

TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Called to fix second floor furnace as it was not blowing hot air, the technician comes for the inspection, says needs to be cleaned for $528 with a regular garage type vacuum!!! Not the professional type of HVAC cleaning but a garage vacuum cleaner. Asking him so why does my Furnace not work still and the air upstairs is still not blowing HE SAYS HE DID NOT CHECK THE UPSTAIRS FURNACE AND JUST CLEANED THE DOWNSTAIRS ONE the one that was always working fine I have no words ... read more

I purchased a brand new furnace and thermostat with this company in Janaiary 2021. I was told then that I had a five year warranty and would not be charged for anything if the equipment ever failed. Now today my thermostat failed for the second time and I was told I had to pay a $119 diagnostic fee as well as pay for labor and the labor price was up to the technician.
