Great service on the furnace today! Our ARS tech, Ashley, checked every piece of equipment with a detailed, experienced look including taking measurements and reporting on status and suggested next steps. He also provided info on suggested improvements and add-ons that are relevant to this location. Great personality, too. Very professional. Great job ARS.

I am very upset at their customer service and follow through. I have used them for 2 years now, they installed nest thermostats in my home and since that time, I still haven't gotten a back plate for my thermostat. Everytime someone shows up they tell me yes I have it on my order. Still no backplate. On top of that I had a new system installed in May and told them then about it, still no backplate. I also was supposed to get 2 dynamic filters and new lite for my lit system and nothing. I have called the salesman and their he... read more

I would not use again or recommend ARS to anyone. They were no shows on a Wednesday and Thursday. Could not get another appointment till Monday. Showed up with out calling in advance, as they said they would call first. Good thing I was home. Tech spent a couple minutes in the attic and then went out side to that unit. Right away he finds the capacitor is failing.He says a new capacitor is $300. After a few choice words he drops the price to $150. My AC is torn apart and the house is heating up fast. I've been trying since May 22 to get a refund from a promised price match. I'd paid IN FULL to have a unit installed on 22May, the day before I'd gotten a quote that was $1500 cheaper. I called to cancel the install, then the sales manager Stephen called to say they would do a price match because they wanted to make sure the guys had work, so based on his word I agreed to continue the install. Would not recommend this company. We relied on their honesty and integrity in recommending the appropriate size HVAC unit for our home. Their techs were either not trained or unable to properly service this unit. The first year we had it, it did not work properly. It constantly stopped working. We had to call the manufacturer who sent a representative to our home, they met with an ARS tech and supervisor to advise them how to service the unit. It has worked thereafter only after they had to vent it to our garage because they... read more
