The total experience with ARS was excellent ... from the friendly "Switch Board" that kept us informed on the status of the technicians' arrival to the professional manner and expertise of the technician. Chuck N. is the best Htg & HVAC technician we have ever worked with. He has an incredible working knowledge of each of the components on our 3 systems and how they should work individually and together. He also takes the time to explain what is going on, what needs to be done and why.
Chuck N***** was very helpful. He fixed a problem that had occurred months ago and saved me money. On the other hand, however, i have had some of the worst experience with ARS/ Rescue Rooter due to the fact that the first gentleman to come out to the house had no idea what he was doing. I had issues getting follow up work, follow up calls. I would call and be told i would receive a call back and never would. They love to charge for their service even when it was their fault that the service wasn't done originally because th... read more
