We have been calling Blue Flame for over a month several times a week and have yet to get someone to address our concerns. Had one person 2 weeks ago who said they were going to hand carry our request to the appropriate person. Have not heard back. This service was recommended by our service rep who did our regular maintenance. When we were told by the technician that this service needed to be done but cannot get anyone to call and schedule, what kind of ********************* is this?

I called Beutler to check my A/C cause it stopped working. I had 2 techs come the same day. They did some sort of diagnostics and said that I needed a new capacitor. They luckily had one, so they changed it but A/C still didn't work. Immediately they claimed that my system was low on refrigerant, but they could not do anything with that because it had to be another "team".
