We called for first appointment day after our return from extended leave, which was 3 weeks prior. We were bumped for other "priority jobs", although ARS failed to call us! They Lied about others having called prior to us until they discovered we had called 3 weeks ago. A nice technician finally came out, but the unit still isn't working! Called the company, a nice lady based in Houston answered and said the store in Charleston was closed on Wednesday! No available appointments till Thursday!

Called in the morning to get my hot water heater replaced. Told them what I had and what I wanted. I was given a timeframe from 12-5pm. He showed up at 5pm looked and gave me a quote. Then said they couldn't do it until Monday because he didn't bring any hot water heaters. So much for same day delivery.
Very pleasant experience today!
James was all that you could ask for in a service guy. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would request him by name if possible.
Very efficient & helpful in doing a good job.
HVAC installed 2011, now in 2019 finding parts are not honored because they were never registered by this company. Buyers beware now out $1200.00!
